I had some ideas/suggestions for the Generic and also the Community Support NFR pages.
Happy to talk about these requests to clarify any ambiguity.

Subject: NFR Pages?
As I am handling the NFR requests at the moment I have noticed something interesting on the Generic NFR page and I would like to hear your thoughts.
If you notice the first line.... " you are entitled to...."
The other specific NFR pages such as the Microsoft one shown at the bottom have the specific reason why they are entitled to it but for the generic it is totally open. "As a Microsoft Certified Professional, you are entitled to a complimentary "
Would it be possible to use softer language... "You may be entitled to a complimentary copy.... " with an extra sentence. "A Kemp team member will reach out to you via email to discuss your request."
